The Stew

Our Tomato Stew is a staple in most West African homes and African dishes. Made with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and habaneros, its flavor is rich and can be enjoyed by anyone with a taste for a little spice. The stew is vegan and can be served on rice, potatoes, bread, meat and whatever else tickles your fancy. Take it everywhere you go and you will never have a dull meal. For the more traditional West African cuisine, it can be used as a base for popular African dishes such as Jollof Rice, Spinach Stew (Efo Riro) and Egusi.
